The IHOP Restaurant Field Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. The primary responsibilities of the Field Manager include directly supervising the restaurant employees, managing operations in the front and back of the house with a high concentration on profitability, safety and sanitation. Maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service.
Restaurant Field Managers must be able to work a flexible schedule. Schedule includes weekends, holidays and late nights as they are covering shifts/vacations for general/assistant managers. The majority of our business is on weekends and holidays. Prior restaurant experience preferred. The above is not an all-inclusive job description. Equal opportunity employer.
