In-Home Caregiver Needed, 93-Year-Old Female Client in Wasilla
Elder Client:
She has really slowed down, has arthritic hands so she needs lots of help, but can still walk around the house with a walker and get out of chairs on her own. She's healthy for her age, a non-smoker, and takes no prescriptions.
Caregiver candidate:
The ideal candidate is experienced, female, kind, gentle, upbeat, patient, dependable, enjoys cooking. Services needed include light housekeeping, assistance with bathing and dressing and other ADLs, cooking and meal preparation, and companionship. Non smoker preferred. Must provide work history and references and must pass background checks.
Hours:
From 16 to 32 weekly hours (2 to 4 days). Particularly looking for weekends. She has a caregiver from 8a-4p every day. The weekly schedule is handled by 2 wonderful caregivers who coordinate. One of our caregivers is unable to continue, so we have an opening.
