At Chips Tree Service, we specialize in a variety of tree services including trimming, planting, removal, stump grinding, irrigation, pavers, sod, turf, gravel, and lighting. We are committed to delivering top-notch service to our clients. We want to earn a 5 star google for every client.
What We're Looking For:
- We are looking for a punctual individual who is eager to learn about the tree industry. While prior tree knowledge is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience in a call center and customer service is highly valued.
- Fluency in English (Required) and Spanish (not required but a PLUS )
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Conduct outbound calls through our client database & for follow up
- Transferring calls and entering customer information into the database
- Rescheduling/Cancelling appointments
- Handling 80-200 calls per day (inbound/outbound combined). This will also be evaluated the first few weeks to identify a specific daily call goal for you.
- If you receive a complaint/concern, taking down details and transferring call to the correct department. You will not be asked to resolve customer complaints.
Compensation:
Pay range varies from $15-$20+. You will receive a base pay ($14-$18) with the opportunity to earn more based on your performance.
