The ideal person would be a licensed or unlicensed consultant having 3- 5 year's experience with AutoCad, Sketch-up and photoshop. They would prepare design presentations, design submittals, research materials, prepare construction documents for commercial tenant improvements, retail, warehouse and residential projects. Able to work in a fast-pace office meeting project goals and time- line demands. Strongly proficient in AutoCad. Able to adapt to project changes. Works well with others.
