Administrative Assistant/Clerk - law firm

Lorber, Greenfield & Olsen, LLP is an Insurance Defense law firm. We are seeking candidates for a part-time Administrative Assistant position. This is a hybrid position. In office and remote, so candidates must live within driving distance of our office located on E. Ray Road in Phoenix, AZ. Skills required: processing mail; light reception; supply inventory; drafting correspondence; Microsoft suite of software programs including Word and Outlook. Abacus and Excel a plus, but not mandatory. Other duties include, light filing, some errands to be run; email sorting and filing, scanning and assisting with misc. clerical duties for other departments. Flexible work schedules.
