Come join us!About the role:The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maximizing our brand visibility at Trade Shows, exhibitions, and industry events and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. The primary responsibilities of this role include planning, executing, and attending Tradeshows, coordinating sales sample requests, owning New Item/Vendor setup, and assisting the Senior Manager, Sales Operations with projects to support the wider sales organization.As the owner of Tradeshows, you will help create new sales opportunities/prospects and advance existing relationships with Liquid I.V.’s retail and distributor accounts through events. This role will require travel as necessary to ensure Liquid I.V.’s brand presence is strong at our Trade Shows.Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Oversee all aspects of tradeshow planning, organization, and execution. Responsibilities are including, but not limited to:

Tradeshow registration, attendee/exhibitor registration, advertising opportunities or industry publications, online company profile (if applicable).

Booth planning and setup (electrical, video walls, pop-up banners, wet/dry sampling materials, carpeting, trash services). Manage vendor contracts/negotiations with the associated booth requirements.

Coordinate with the Marketing department to produce necessary assets for Trade Shows (video assets, sell sheets, product images, selling points).

Ensure punctual delivery of key materials to booths (samples, tabletop materials, LIT Cards) and adhere to show shipping/receiving instructions.

Purchase necessary materials for booths (coolers, ice, sampling cups).

Vetting and hiring Brand Ambassadors (and providing talking points for BAs).

Attend Trade Shows and troubleshoot issues before, during, and after.

Create and schedule a Calendar of Events/Meetings for each show for our sales team members attending the event (dinners, happy hours, booking conference rooms, key meeting times, etc.).

Assist with hotel and flight bookings for sales team members.

Effectively spend and track associated fees related to show execution such as lighting, carpet, utilities, product showcases, and booth setup.

Own the end-to-end process of Sales Samples for the team. Ensure the timely processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery of:

Sales Team sample requests

Broker samples

Innovation samples (mockups, carton samples, tasting samples, production samples)

Bulk sample requests

Tradeshow samples

Display samples

Monitor and clear backorders of sample shipments

Upkeep LIV HQ Sample Room

Handle New Item Setup submissions via GDSN and other master database platforms such as 1WorldSync, IX-ONE, Smarter Sorting, and Syndigo.

Assist the sales team with backend retailer compliance such as New Item Forms and New Vendor Paperwork.

Maintain customer facing Price Lists.

Assist the Senior Manager of Sales Operations with ad-hoc responsibilities to provide best-in-class sales operational support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.

2+ years’ experience planning, executing, and attending Trade Shows.

2+ years’ experience working in CPG sales support.

GDSN (1WorldSync) experience preferred.

Understanding of the basic terms and practices in the consumer product goods space.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Experience using MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.

Strict attention to detail and adherence to timelines and deadlines.

Organized, efficient, and problem-solver mindset.

Work Environment:

Office environment with onsite presence up to 5 days per week, with travel as necessary for trade shows.

The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.This job description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities and other essential functions expected of the role.
