We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team at Meesai's Thai Kitchen. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our food production. Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling hot and cold appetizers, and ensuring timely preparation of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation during busy periods.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our standards of excellence.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
