We have a position with our Finance Department. Our Senior Financial Analyst, under the general supervision of the Director of Finance, will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of the Redwood Coast PACE program. This position requires a combination of advanced analytical skills, healthcare finance and operational knowledge, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with HSRC’s senior management to provide insights and recommendations that drive the financial performance and sustainability of the program. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Will consider equivalent work-related experience. Experience within the PACE model of care or other managed care organizations is strongly preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible fiscal and operational management experience in an organization with a budget of 5 million or more is required. Background in government or non-profit corporate environment preferred. Background in Medicare and Medi-Cal funding preferred. Valid California Driver’s License, and personal auto liability insurance required. Must have a personal vehicle in good driving/operating condition, insured for State minimum liability requirements, and that can be used for the applicable job functions noted above. This position is full-time, 40-hours per week, Monday-Friday.
