We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Help Desk Technician. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users over the phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to senior technicians as needed
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for end users
Create and maintain documentation for help desk processes and procedures
Provide basic network support including user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Monitor help desk ticketing system and provide timely resolution to issues
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure high-quality customer service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual, written and verbal, in Spanish and English. (Non essential)
- Proven ability to work independently, discretely, and handle confidential information.
- Ability to analyze problems and make decisions with minimal management intervention.
Able to Work FLEXIBLE HOURS (Including Weekends)
Reliable TRANSPORTATION.

Also worth noting is the occasionally physical nature of the role as they may have to lift and carry heavy equipment.
