We are looking to hire a full-time office assistant (40 hours per week at $20 per hour) to support the office and sales team with the following tasks:
Duties to include but not limited to:
-Answering phone calls, and assisting clients with questions and concerns
-Schedule necessary appointments
-Assisting event crew with event preparation
-Providing management with daily reports
-Other various tasks requested by management
Skills Required:
-Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
-Customer service skills
-1-2 years of office experience required
-Must be a fast learner
-Must be able to multi-task
-Knowledge of office equipment
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Outlook
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Excellent organization with documents and inventory
-Punctuality and reliability a must!
-Must have HS Diploma/GED and at least some college credits
