Qualifications

Must have basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with a hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.
Basic knowledge of job site organization and construction methods.
Maintain a positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for fellow workers.
Basic familiarity with safety and health protocols, with ongoing safety training provided.
Reliable transportation is optional.

Responsibilities
Keep the job site clean, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.
Provide assistance with site tasks such as digging trenches.
Work methodically and be accountable for your responsibilities.
Communicate ideas and information clearly; demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness.
Prioritize safety for yourself and your team members.
Assist in maintaining site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, tools, and materials.
Occasionally operate a company vehicle, subject to site location and a clean motor vehicle report.
Lift at least 50 pounds.
