We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash and credit card transactions, addressing customer complaints and inquiries, restocking merchandise, managing pricing, and ensuring cleanliness within the store.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure products are neatly organized.

Maintain accurate pricing and signage throughout the store.

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

Can commit to working every Saturday

Previous experience in retail, thrift stores, or customer service roles is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
