We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will not only provide administrative support to our office, but also lend a hand with various home chores and errands for our busy executives. Your ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, filing, and correspondence
Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and inventory
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Run personal errands and complete light home chores, such as taking care for two large home dogs, keep the work-place clean and organized
Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
Requirements:
Experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus, but not required
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Genuine interest in providing exceptional support and contributing to a positive work environment
