The store continues to grow, bringing in more rare and hard-to-find bottles that are sought after by alcohol enthusiasts. The store has grown considerably in recent years by being one of the leaders of online alcohol fulfillment in the industry. We are looking to fill several Part Time and Full Time Openings. Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate: will provide exceptional customer service experiences to customers and help maintain an attractive store floor. Associates will build relationships with customers and assist them with choosing the retail wine, spirit, or beer for their need. Other responsibilities include assisting with restocking floor, maintaining displays, doing customer transactions, closing and opening the store and more as needs arise.
General Duties/Responsibilities
FOR SALES ASSOCIATE
Schedule TBD. Store hours are 10:30 to 7:30pm 7days a week.
Build and maintain customer relationships by greeting customers, listening to customer needs and making recommendations accordingly
Answer phones and answer customer questions
Open and Close
Replenish and maintain inventory and store standards
Perform cashier functions and assist with customer transactions
Assist in opening and closing of the store
Assist with internal customer service needs
Previous Wine, Beer and Spirits Sales is preferred
Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner as well as following instructions
Help improve quality of customer service by making recommendations for processes
Required Skills/Abilities
Be at least 21 years of age
Ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
Good communication skills
Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
1-2 year of previous work experience in wine, liquor, and spirits sales experience preferred
1-2 retail sales experience
Ability to handle pressure during busy times of the year, i.e. holiday season
Must be able Work Weekends and Some Holiday
