Job Title: Project EngineerJob DescriptionAre you skilled at managing document control and distribution processes within a dynamic construction environment? We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to plan, organize, and manage all document control and distribution systems for our Planning, Design & Construction Department. This role involves handling construction project-related documentation throughout all stages—from initial planning to project completion. You'll be the communication hub, regularly meeting with contractors, architects, and internal staff to track the status of construction projects. You'll also prepare meeting agendas, record and distribute minutes, and ensure all project designs, drawings, specifications, estimates, and correspondence are accurately archived. In addition, you'll conduct an initial review of pay applications, change orders, and other construction documents, and perform various project engineering and management-related duties as required.Hard Skills
