Administrative Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients in a professional and timely manner

- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate financial records

- Learn new production software for effective project management

- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

- Draft standard operating procedures for all administrative functions

- Prepare content/materials for advertising online and in print

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including working with Microsoft [365] Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfort with basic bookkeeping/accounts payable/and invoice management

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong customer service skills

- Experience in the start-up environment is preferred

- Experience in construction industry is preferred
