The ideal candidate will operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position involves performing a variety of imaging procedures and collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities

Perform imaging procedures (X-rays, MRIs) as prescribed by physicians

Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards

Position patients and adjust equipment settings to obtain optimal images

Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging results

Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data

Qualifications

A minimum of two (2) years experience in a hospital and radiology department required.

Must have satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA approved school or BS or AA degree in Radiological Technology in an AMA approved school.

Cross - training in MRI Nuclear Medicine required.

License is required as issued by ARRT (national) CRT (state) and Fluoroscopy certification.

Certification in MRI modality required.

Must maintain Fire Safety card.
