Two dogs desperately need loving foster homes.
Meet Raffi - He is a boxer mis who is loving, sweet and about 1 year old. He loves cuddles in the morning, long walks on the beach. He does well with other dogs, never minds another friend to play with.
Meet Coco - She is a sweet, sweet girl, and is some more medical concerns that most pups, but incredibly gentle. She enjoys being the only dog in the home, she eats special food since she cannot open her mouth properly and takes a small capsule with food once daily.
We need loving Fosters to provide temporary homes for rescued dogs while we seek "Furever" homes. Since we rescue from shelters, some dogs may be traumatized so we need people who will make them feel secure, comfortable and confident. It's incredibly gratifying when these shy & fearful dogs gain your trust. And it's just as gratifying to receive unconditional love from confident dogs. You provide loving care & updates on their personalities, we provide everything else (a bed, food, treats, toys, supplies & vet care).
WE NEED FOSTERS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DOGS AND ARE COMFORTABLE WITH LARGE DOGS
Stipends for fostering available if you're unable to do it as a volunteer. We pay $50/week for dog friendly dogs and $70/week for dogs that prefer to be the one and only.
Being accepted into our foster program is an extremely rewarding experience - you get to help rehabilitate dogs that were left to die at the shelter, giving them a second chance to be adopted, our fosters are true heroes!
What we need from you:
-To be 21+ (if under 21, then to have parent approval)
-To foster until the dog is adopted - or at least 2-4 weeks if you can't make that commitment.
-To have reliable transportation and be able to bring them to our adoption event in West Hollywood once a month and to a vet of our choice.
-To be comfortable with large breeds! We're a bully breed rescue and most of our pups weigh 50-90 pounds. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY IF YOU CAN ONLY FOSTER SMALL DOGS.
-To have NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 OR CATS in your home (please do not inquire if you have children or cats, other dogs are okay!)
-To be able to start immediately
-To have already discussed this with all landlords/managers/spouses etc. and have their approval, please do not reply if you don't.
