Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience in construction, project scheduling, project managing, crew management and collections / invoicing.
Duties include:
- Coordinate installs with customers and crews while maintaining A plus customer service.
- Order and track all materials needed for project.
- Develop project schedules and timelines as well as budgets.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports / job folders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software including MS Excel & Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
