Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new client relationships within the construction and real estate sectors.
Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to discuss potential projects and solutions.
Prepare and present proposals that align with client needs and budget.
Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with project management teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Knowledge of construction terminology and project management processes.
Knowledge in project estimating.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
