The Role

We are on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols in the food manufacturing industry. This role is not just about overseeing warehouse operations; it's about being a vital part of our dedicated team, enhancing skills, and growing within the industry in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Direct management of a 3-person warehouse team, focusing on daily operations, shift scheduling, and professional development.

GMP Compliance: Uphold and audit GMP standards within warehouse operations, with a continuous eye towards improvement for compliance adherence.

Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory accuracy, efficient stock organization, and warehouse space utilization.

Safety First: Implement safety protocols ensuring a secure work environment and oversee the maintenance of all warehouse equipment.

Seamless Coordination: Ensure smooth operations by collaborating closely with production, quality control, and supply chain teams, as well as external partners.

Accurate Reporting: Maintain detailed records and documentation for inventory, compliance, and performance metrics.

Dedicated to punctuality and reliability, ready to manage a full 40-hour workweek.

Proficient in English for clear and effective team communication.

Qualifications

Proven warehouse management experience in food manufacturing or similar.

In-depth knowledge of GMP protocols in food manufacturing.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.

Shift Details

Work Monday through Friday, with starting times between 6 to 8 AM. Hours are fixed upon start and will not change. This is a regular, full-time position.
