Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of social media marketing and content creation. This is an unpaid internship that has the opportunity to turn into a paid position in the next 12 months. We are a start-up looking for someone interested in growing and developing with a company in its preliminary start-up phase. The Social Media Intern, will work closely with the CEO to create content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Build social media following
Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms
Collaborate with CEO to schedule and publish social media posts
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers through comments, messages, and shares
Create social media advertising campaigns
Utilize social listening tools to track brand mentions and sentiment
Support video editing efforts for social media content
Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance
Skills:
Proficiency in social media apps like Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Instagram
Knowledge of social media marketing principles and best practices
Familiarity with advertising concepts and strategies on social media platforms
Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers and build brand loyalty
Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with video editing software for creating engaging video content
