What you bring to the table:
3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen
Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and your peers
Extensive knowledge of food and cooking techniques including advanced knifework, butchery, and fabrication
A positive attitude and an active interest leadership
Familiarity with Microsoft office suite of products
Ability to learn and retain information quickly
Intellectual curiosity
Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
At least 18 years of age
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period
