We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper for our fast-paced bookkeeping business.
This is a full-time, in-office position (Not Remote). Wages commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental and Simple IRA.
Duties Would Include:
Processing weekly AP and AR for multiple clients.
Processing payroll for clients including processing payroll tax forms and 1099s.
Reconciliations for bank accounts and credit card accounts.
Preparation and filing of sales tax returns.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and end-of-year financials.
Regular communication with clients.
All job duties are completed using QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Qualifications Required:
Lots of Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.
Good sense of humor and willingness to be a team player.
