For a Tax Preparation, Consulting Firm in Fremont/ Dublin/ Hayward looking for experienced tax Professionals; Tax Preparers; for Full Time/ Part Time work, and Full-time positions available. We provide tax services to all types of clients- Accounting, Payroll, All types of tax returns etc. Working hours are flexible.
TAX PREPARERS/ OFFICE ADMIN- Qualifications / Experience:
Strong computer skills (knowledge of QuickBooks; Pro Series Tax Software is a plus) with 2+ years of prior experience.
EA/ CPA or CTEC qualified/ EXPERIENCED TAX PREPARERS.
Experience with Pro series, QuickBooks/ Payroll preferred
Other Skills / Abilities:
-Enter data for BASIC individual returns which includes Schedule A, B, C, D, and E
TAX SENIOR/ EXP. TAX PREPARERS- SALAY NO BAR
Qualifications / Experience:
Strong computer skills (solid knowledge of QuickBooks; Pro Series Tax Software is a plus) with 3+ years of prior experience.
EA/ CPA or CTEC qualified.
Experience with Pro series, QuickBooks/ Payroll preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
Other Skills / Abilities:
-Enter data for business tax returns (S-corps, partnerships, C-corps)
-Enter data for individual returns which includes Schedule A, B, C, D, and E
-Comfortable in a meeting with clients to explain a completed tax return using screen-sharing software
-Experience balancing corporate tax return balance sheet
