We are looking for individuals who will be the face of our restaurant, have a passion for creating exceptional and responsible guest experiences.
Essential Duties Include:
Function as the host/Cashier of the restaurant.
Greeting and sitting guest.
Answering the phone, taking and wrapping to go orders.
Assisting Staff Members.
Receive payments and present change to customers.
Basic math and counting skills required.
Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to work well in a team.
Ability to communicate with management and co-workers to their understanding.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority culture.
Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of nights, holidays, and weekends.
Proficient in using machines required for transactions.
Ability to remain calm under pressure; detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Able to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting.
