Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Evening Server to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic wine service, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Have a good understanding of basic wine service
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a busy restaurant setting
- Basic knowledge of wine service
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bartending skills are a plus
- Knowledge of Spanish wines is a plus
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends
