Contracts Manager

Adams and Martin Group is collaborating with a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company in the San Francisco, CA area to seek out a Contracts Manager with Ironclad experience for a contract, contract-to-hire position. Candidate MUST be able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA 2- days a week. Essential Functions: Oversee legal agreement intake as needed, including preliminary review and saving to contract repository utilizing contract management tool, Ironclad. This will include redlining and cleaning of documents for signature; coordination of signatures, approvals, vendor and internal requestor outreach, and finalization/saving of agreements to ensure version control and accurate document retention. Manage and drive varied ad hoc legal and cross functional team projects. Improving legal contract database and organization of all legal documents. Work with attorneys and consultants to develop Ironclad workflows and educate internal users on Ironclad and the various workflows and use cases. Track updates to/within Ironclad and present to the contracts team; implement as needed. Manage Ironclad licenses and permissions and track licenses and fees. Assist with compliance activities and work closely with procurement and finance teams. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Legal Department as needed. Work with the attorneys to revise materials from outside counsel. Prepare/update presentations for the legal team, primarily contracts group. Experience in building relationships with cross functional teams and key internal and external stakeholders to achieve Legal team and company goals.Requirements: Qualifications B.A./B.S.; 3+ years experience in contracts administration; paralegal with contracts administration experience welcome and encouraged. Experience working with contracts and contract management systems such as Ironclad (Ironclad experience strongly preferred but not required). Understanding of purchasing system/procurement tools such as Netsuite. Strong interpersonal skills with reputation for collaboration with colleagues. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office 365 (outlook mail, word processing, Excel, Zoom meetings); redlining experience through tool such as Litera/workshare (or word).
