"Medium" sized non-profit looking for a highly skilled bookkeeper. We have a lot of activity in our financials, a lot of employees and need someone that shines in the accounting department. Must know how to process payroll, pay payroll taxes and file quarterly returns, know your debits and credits (so you can work your work out of a problem) and be an all around detailed person.
Pay will be commensurate with your experience level. We will give you a written accounting test as part of your interview. Work must be done primarily ON-SITE, with the rare amount of remote work acceptable. We are a paper and cash-intensive environment so you need to be here to access source documents. You must be here to process paper invoices, contracts, bills, paper timecards and process cash deposits. Not everything we do is digital.

Knowledge of Quickbooks Non-Profit Desktop knowledge is a BONUS. Processing payroll through QB Desktop is a move-to-the-top-of-the-line skillset! Understand functional allocations and have experience with non-profit audits? You're hired.
