Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Buildertrend and Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to manage paperwork, emails and customer interaction. You will play a key role in maintaining our office operations by conducting administrative duties and ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.

Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling, billing, and invoicing through Buildertrend or Excel.

Maintain project files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Provide exceptional customer service, handling client queries and concerns with professionalism.

Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to support project outcomes.

Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.

High proficiency in Buildertrend software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

A proactive approach to all tasks and excellent customer service orientation.
