Answering phones/Greeting customers
Data entry
Filing
Process Fuel and Credit Card Invoices
Import Daily Sales
Required Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
General Journal Entries
Communication skills (Written and Oral)
Computer knowledge to learn SAGE software and Paychex
10-Key by touch
Type 55 WPM
Aptitude for math.
Analytical thinking
Detail oriented and task driven
Good organizational and planning skills
Reliable and trustworthy
Current Driver’s License
