To supervise the use of the City's Community Center/Facility; and to perform a variety of duties relative to assigned area of responsibility.
Respond to inquiries and provide information related to the Community Center/Facility to the public in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
Assist facility patrons with set-up, and clean up of the Community Center; maintain a clean and orderly facility.
Clean up kitchen, floors and counters, if needed to maintain a clean facility.
Ensure that groups using the Community Center observe all appropriate rules and safety regulations; report to supervisor or authorities, as appropriate.
Ensure that maximum occupancy is not exceeded at the facility and record number of people and amenities used during events within the Community Center.
Accurately report any damage or problems associated with uses of the Community Center.
Answer phones, and take messages for the Senior Facility Attendant or Director of Recreation Services.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Respond and perform assigned duties in the event of a City declared emergency.
