If you enjoy working with Diesel engines in all kinds of applications then D&W Diesel, Inc. is looking for you. We would like to hire an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Denver, CO location.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts.
Help walk-in customers with their needs.
Work to establish business relationships with customers.
Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes.
Aid sales representatives with research of products for their customers.
Handle and process the incoming and outgoing of parts and products, including UPS shipping and core handling.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
Experience with heavy duty engine parts is a big plus but not necessary.
Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn about engine systems.
Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.

Pay: $23 - $26 hour
