Sozo SSS International is dedicated to providing housing and support services designed to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sozo SSS provides residential support services through Host Homes and PCA (Personal Care Alternative) living environments.

If so, Sozo SSS International is seeking a Program Coordinator to conduct the following:

- Work with the administrative team to ensure case files are current and in compliance

- Attend meetings to address and advocate for clients services, personal goals, daily living activities

- Support trainings for care givers/staff to perform their duties while caring for their clients

- Conduct home visits to monitor that client care is in compliance

- Complete client intakes, assessments and reports for your case loads and all agency required records

- Conduct quarterly reports/ 6 month progress reports, incident report management

- Attend agency training's to maintain compliance and provide the upmost health and safety care to the individuals that we serve

- Physical Activities May Include: Regular sitting, standing, and walking required, with occasional stooping, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and driving

- Must possess strong reading and writing skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to operate a computer, email software such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Skill in dealing with varied personalities associated with developmental disabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

CPR Certification

First Aid Certification

QMAP Certification

Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person
