Longs Peak Cabinetworks is looking for a skilled cabinet door builder with experience. You will need to know and be comfortable running straight line saws, table saws, shapers, and other smaller hand tools. CNC experience is helpful, but not required. You must have good technical cabinet knowledge and experience with frameless cabinet construction. Ability to read instructions in the standard operation procedures, manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important. Must be energetic, motivated to learn, dependable, and willing to be part of a team environment.
Responsibilities:
-Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
-Follow daily production schedules.
-Maintain equipment in good condition.
-Keep records of production quantities and time.
-Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts.
Skills:
-Proven experience with milling and building with solid woods.
-Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
-Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses).
-Good understanding of quality control principles.
-Good communication skills (verbal and written).
-Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
