We have an outstanding Contract position for an SMT Machine Operatorto join a leading Company located in theWestminster, COsurrounding area.Pay Range: $19 - $21Responsibilities :
Electronic assembly, including fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering
Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts
Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings
Problem-solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC
Basic Hiring Criteria :
High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications :
Must possess good manual dexterity and be able to read and build from procedures and prints
Experience in soldering and knowledge of associated tools is an asset
Requires the ability to function as part of a team
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow procedures and processes
Experience in electronics manufacturing is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)
