This position processes all accounts payable activities for the company including invoice reconciliation, invoice processing in our ERP system, check runs and electronic payments, vendor relations and vendor maintenance. This position will also cross train with Accounts Receivable/Billing as well as some basic HR tasks.Voucher all invoices into Accounts Payable ERP systemReview all Invoices for accuracy and receive approval from appropriate StaffCut all checks for any vendorMaintain sales tax payable documents and make appropriate tax filings & paymentsManage Canadian taxes payable documents and make appropriate tax filings & paymentsReview open payables monthly to ensure all vendors are paid timelyCollect data and verify accuracyOnline ACH and credit card paymentsAssist with billing, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and other HR duties as neededOther Accounts Payable and accounting tasks as neededPI238126040 Apply
