Description Position: Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Windsor, CT Salary Range: $58,000 - $68,000Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks and expense reports. Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies
Review, enter, and code complex invoices
Provide support during internal and external audits
Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
Perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
