You must have a reliable pick up truck with a opened bed on it or a work van large enough to fit 4x8 sheets of plywood in it.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-5PM.
You must have some tools and have experience using drills, hammer, reading tape measure.
All work is in New Castle County Delaware.
Duties will be cleaning out houses, demoing drywall, insulating, light framing work, picking up material at Lowes, returning items, installing baseboard, installing doors, and assisting lead contractor with projects.
You must be a hard worker and have a good attitude.
Pay is between $17-$28 per hour Cash. Pay day is on Fridays.
The first 30 days will be a trial period to see how well you perform duties.
We pay for your gas and oil changes.
