Established Auto Detailing Company located in Falls Church, VA is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable auto detailer to join our team as a Detail Shop Supervisor.
This position will require you:
-To be able to run the day to day operations
-To Answer Customer Calls, Respond to Email Booking Requests to confirm appointments
-To Establish cleaning schedules for Cleaners and ensuring that tasks are carried out effectively, efficiently and to a high standard.
-To Recruit, train and supervise Cleaners.
-To Inspect cleaning equipment and supplies on a regular basis.
-To Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste.
-To Provide assistance to Cleaners while they carry out their duties.
-To Submit reports to management about cleaning personnel, equipment, supplies and general expenses.
-To Receive and review work orders
-To Determine and gathers appropriate materials, tools, equipment, and machinery to complete assigned work projects
Qualifications:.
-Must be an experienced detailer
-Supervision experience preferred but not required
-Must have a valid state driver’s license
-Bi-lingual would be a plus but is not required
-Must be proficient with Emails, Excel, and basic navigation on the internet
This position pays from $20-$25 an hour plus commission based on your experience and
qualifications.
