Identify and pursue small business set-aside opportunities within government IT contracting vehicles.
Develop and maintain relationships with government contracting officers and small business liaison officers.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for maximizing small business participation in government contracts.
Ensure compliance with small business set-aside regulations and requirements, including subcontracting plans and reporting.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in government IT contract proposal and project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing and winning government IT contract proposals.
Experience with small business set-aside programs and strategies.
