Our growing property preservation company, Flourish & Yield, is looking for skilled and reliable contractors to uphold the integrity of residential and commercial properties across selected counties.
Services Include, But Not Limited To:
Inspections to verify occupancy
Initial securing including lock changes and boarding
Property maintenance from lawn care to janitorial services
Removal of interior and exterior debris
Comprehensive repairs and winterization
Evictions and cash for relocation coordination Hazard claims General repairs
Equipment Required:
Smartphone capable of running industry-specific apps
Truck with a trailer (or a way to dispose of debris)
Necessary tools for maintenance and repairs, including lawn care and hand tools
Your Qualifications:
Must have a valid ID and pass a thorough background check
Must have access to email and high-speed internet
Must be able to/willing to learn documentation apps
Able to meet tight deadlines and handle assignments with professionalism (24-72 hours) Property preservation knowledge a plus!
