Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Cold Caller to reach out to residential and commercial customers. This is an in-office, part-time position with hours based on production. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor to generate leads and set appointments for our painting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to residential and commercial customers.
Introduce Premium Painters' services and explain the benefits.
Schedule appointments for estimates and consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
Provide feedback on call scripts and customer responses to improve the calling process.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM systems.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
