inspector needed to assist HOA (homeowner association) community manager with annual home inspections. Knowledge of residential homes and terminology is beneficial but not required. Inspector will go from home to home noting any architectural violations, take photos and make notes so letters can be written to homeowners. Walking through community is required. Smart phone required for taking inspection photos. Good organizational skills a plus.
