V3 Protection Services, a leading security services provider, is seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Service Agents with a security background to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will contribute to maintaining a secure environment while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Utilize your security background to handle security-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in security-related fields are a plus.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a security-related setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
