Small family-owned business looking for a Residential Construction Laborer to join the team. Our company consists of 6 employees and we work exclusively in Montgomery County and Northeast Washington, DC remodeling residential homes.
REQUIREMENTS
Reliable, personal vehicle
Drivers license
Personal Hand Tools
Cell phone
Authorized to work in the US as a W-2 employee
EXPERIENCE
Carpentry (2 years): Installation of cabinets, moldings and doors; framing
Tiling (2 years): Planning, setting and grouting, Schluter certification is a PLUS
Drywall hanging (2 years), drywall finishing is a PLUS
5 years Overall Experience in Residential construction
COMPENSATION
Health insurance and 401k after 1 year of employment
40 hours PTO/vacation
Paid holidays off
$20-30 per hour

Punctuality and reliability
Cleaning up with team at the end of each day
Ability to work 8:00-4:30, Monday through Friday (no weekends)
