Action Labor Daytona needs a FULL-TIME Operations Assistant now!
We are a thriving staffing company that needs a competent Operations Assistant to help manage the day-to-day activities in the office alongside the Branch Manager. Our mission is to connect temporary labor professionals with great companies in construction, light and heavy industrial markets. We need another talented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can connect with people of ALL walks of life.
Salary: $14-$15 per hour
Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Recruit and maintain our temporary labor force
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Ensure reception area and conference room is tidy and presentable
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and office deliveries
· Order office supplies and keep inventory of office machine supplies
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
· Receive all field purchase/credit card receipts and file accordingly
· Match invoices to quotes/proposals and file folders
· Accounts payable support
· Accounts receivable support
· Handle clerical duties for the office, organization and filing
