Through a consultative approach, this role will guide business leaders and applicants along the full continuum of the candidate life cycle from initial outreach through final stage.Responsibilities
Consult with Hiring Managers to understand specific performance results desired for each role, developing performance profiles to rely upon during the hiring process (sourcing and recruiting, interviews, feedback sessions and final selection) to lead the team toward making effective, simple and practical hiring decisions
Partner with the team to deliver quality direct sourced candidates
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to create passive talent pipelines using all available resources including LinkedIn, Google, CRM, etc.
Increase awareness on importance of diversity and ensure presentation of qualified, diverse slates of candidates
Leverage internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with clients
Implement effective recruiting strategies and processes to ensure a high level of service delivery and ultimately improve client service delivery feedback
Continually build talent pools to solve future business needs with a focus on specific patterns of performance to identify candidates who will deliver high quality performance and results.
Provide frequent touch points with hiring managers and leaders on progress and results
Coach and mentor early-career recruiters
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of industry experience
5+ years’ full life cycle recruiting experience including demonstrated success with highly complex sales roles
Proven Subject Matter Expert in multiple specific functional areas of the business
Proven desire to leverage technology and embrace innovation and change.
Excellent consultation and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of the organization
Ability to summarize data including external market drivers and design sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive talent
Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniques
Knowledge of ATS and CRM – Workday and Phenom preferred
