Looking to hire a Local Part to Full Time Personal Assistant for Multiple Business related and Personal Projects. Focus is on helping College Students earn money while participating and learning project management and various transferable business skills of all kinds. The 1st project will require a Forestry Student that wants to learn Land Management and has some experience or wants to acquire experience in Tree Inventories. Other skills and tasks will involve errands and tasks like shopping, cooking, pick up and drop off marketing materials, learning communications, marketing and sales across multiple industries and platforms. The Employer works up to 7 days a week and is seeking a candidate that is flexible and willing to enhance his quality of life, while looking to the future and assisting someone who wants to gradually work their way into managing various businesses and personal assets. You must be able to develop a good interpersonal relationship with a kind, light hearted soul in his Middle 50’s. You may also be asked to participate in some Health and Beauty activities and routines as a partner in wholeness and wellness as an added benefit. Food and Beverages are provided if working for extended periods. The intent is to create a committed long term working and personal relationship that will last for years and be mutually beneficial as with any employer who is willing to invest in those who work for them.
The Interview process will consist of an introductory Telephone Conversation followed by a Video Chat as an introduction. You may be asked to send documents to identify you and your skills through a sharing app or email, but only after a Video Chat for Verification of Identity Purposes as is required in this day and age of Technology which you will learn all the finer points working with me. After the initial Interview there should be no delay in providing documents because other candidates will be considered immediately thereafter if you don’t. The 2nd Interview will be in person at a time and place convenient to us both and public. If you are the right candidate an offer will be made and hourly wage agreed upon based on experience, documentation and interview. If hired you will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement do to the Sensitive Nature of some of the work we will be doing. We will also discuss hours, expectations, and future raises and/or salaries and positions as our relationship progresses based on performance, ability, and desire to take on more responsibility. Titles may change in the process to suite the level of work and responsibility your handling. The Environment will always be open for your input, ideas, and concerns to be voiced and considered. The Environment will be professional at times and at other times be more relaxed with a good balance. Much of the work will not require business attire and be completely casual. However there may be times when meeting with important people a more business or occasion type attire may be necessary. In those cases I will help provide anything attire necessary. I may decide to treat you to a shopping spree from time to time for excellent work.

I am flexible enough to understand you may not be a Citizen, but you will have to be ready, willing and able for a Face to Face Interview.
