You should be based in or near Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Possess a smartphone with a stable internet connection capable of live video calls.
Be familiar with Santa Rosa Beach and its various neighborhoods.
Ability to communicate clearly and follow specific directions regarding areas of interest.
Scope of Work:
The tour should last between 1 to 4 hours.
You will drive through specified neighborhoods, showing residential areas, local amenities like parks, shopping areas, and schools.
Provide commentary on the general atmosphere, noise levels, traffic patterns, and any relevant local information.
Answer any specific questions I may have during the tour.
Payment: $75-100/hr
